Howdy! Head out of the city for FQCB #45 Porch or Deck Furniture Theme!

February 7 is midway day for #45. 

We're looking for pews, benches, rocking chairs, loungers, swings, gliders, etc. items likely to be seen on a porch or deck.

 These entries can be for any season of year. Your porch/deck furniture is about being outdoors and capturing it for the occasion/sentiment of your choosing.

Show us your countryside charm.

January 28-February 13, 2024 with start and end times at 12:00am CT/Chicago or 6:00am UK for time references.

The card construction time is lengthy for this but the set of heart swing-fold card bases does come with the pattern pieces on the back side of the product label. And using coordinating papers from 2 sets by Stampin' Up also helped make the different sections visually interesting.

Consider exterior house view for all holiday decorations, or focus on door or window, a decorated barn door or outhouse, etc.

For my (FQCB owner) reminder inspiration project on December 20, I have crafted a quick farmhouse die-cut featuring exterior mistletoe, door wreath, and greenery at each window:

Howdy! Yippee! Hard to believe the #39 theme is already to its midway point!

Seems like FarmQuest Theme #39 just started!

Theme #39 is about Corn.

a shock of cornstalks, ears of corn, popcorn balls, movie theater popcorn bag or tub, etc.

Competition started October 28 and ends on November 13.

For my (FQCB owner) reminder inspiration project, I have crafted an art journal page! My goal was to include 4 different mediums beside the background papers. I think I've got 6 plus fussy cut grouped image from a collage print cardstock 12" square sheet. 

doodling, 3 clipart images (2 that are gray and white and 1 colored), 1 fussy cut grouping, fabric, threads, stapling, stamping

[FQCB required elements for #39= 2 clipart images of corn plants, 1 clipart image of corn bundle, and 2 ears of stylized corn in the grouping ]

[FQCB required elements for #38= cardstock has pheasant feathers in it and then I hand-drew the 3 sizes of feathers cut from the cardstock; 2 birds were stenciled/traced ]
