 Howdy! FarmQuest Challenge Blog is thrilled to have had 3 entries for Theme #10

to share Top 3 Barnraisers badge for recognition!

FQCB REMINDER Theme #10 Pond or Duck or Goose ends 27 August 2022

 Howdy! Yee-haw!! Welcome back to the farm! I hope you stay long enough to create 1-3 projects for Theme #10. 

Theme #10 required elements are:

*pond

or

*duck (can be more than 1)

* or goose (can be more than 1)

What a cute pairing for projects with a country rural living vibe!!! 

The deadline is 12:30am CT/Chicago or 6:30am UK for time references on August 27, 2022.

FQCB owner Becca's inspiration project involves some mixed media=

Some credits: background panel and duck die-cut = Simple Stories card kit "Wish You Were Here"; lettering tiles = Freckled Fawn; 2 different washi tapes (1 pattern is used twice) are from a set sold by Pen + Gear; rub-on transfers of the leafy foliage are part of a larger set with outdoor garden/farm silhouettes = Dollar Tree (YES!).

Blue ink was dabbed and horizontally smeared using a sponge in the center light blue with teeny white spots section of the background panel to give the effect of a pond.

 Howdy! Yee-haw! It's time to play Duck Duck Goose!

Welcome to FarmQuest Challenge #10!

Theme #10 starts August 14, 2022 at 12:30am CT/Chicago

and ends August 27, 2022 at 12:30am CT/Chicago

I've included a pond scene and the ephemera of the 'silly goose' for the get well card. 

Credits:

1. the star print and pinecone print are reverse sides of each other = Lake Life paper pad

2. the aqua frame and silly goose ephemera are from Carta Bella's Farm to Table frames and tags

3. wishing you well stamp = Hampton Arts

4. pond scene was made using cork 'ribbon' for a sand/dirt side; light blue cardstock scrap inked for the pond water, cattails and grass were drawn in
