FarmQuest Challenge Blog

Basic info about FQCB:

*theme challenges with farm and/or country topics

*competitions begin each 14th and 28th at 12am central time Chicago or 6am UK

*participants can enter 3 themed projects for each 2 week competition

*accepted formats are: cards, ATCs, bookmarks, tags, calendars/planners, journals, TNs, and scrapbook layouts

*current bragging rights recognition consists of "Barnraisers" or a Top 3 (up to 40 entries) or a Top 5 (41-80 entries).

Design Team specific details:

*we communicate through a private FB group

*that includes how I, the owner Becca, gets access to your DT inspiration photo(s)

*we also communicate through email 

*sharing commenting responsibilities on the blog is expected

*doing personal blog posts of your DT projects are also expected along with other social media groups/posts; using the blog name or code (FQCB) is also helpful for networking 

*whenever the submission numbers get higher and are consistent, assisting me with bragging rights will become part of a team rotation. 

*must have a love for outdoors rural settings for any season and geography differences (desert, swamp, ranch, farm, forest, mountain, pond, etc.)

*must love to be creative and resourceful including rural country charm into your DT projects (whether it's plaid, checked ginghams, burlap, denim, calico, jute/twine, cording, wire/fencing, barn wood, etc.)

*if new to what FQCB is all about, take time to look at months of previous posts for the themes and the labels
